Very quickly, your body will become accustomed to the stretching movement. Don't push yourself, just keep showing up and make the shape as best you can. Tensed muscles will be released, giving you renewed energy and vitality.  

Notice what you're eating. Everything about what you're eating. Read labels carefully and watch out for those low fat items. They may be loaded with sugar or salt. 

Get acquainted with your local health food store and start reading the free health magazines. Go organic as much as possible and eat more raw vegetables. Drink plenty of water and lots of sleep.

Appreciate your own positive attributes and your progress. Feel proud of yourself for being proactive. You're improving your health and wellbeing. Self-esteem is important and yours is increasing every time you show up!
